How We Create Your Semi-Custom Invitation Suites

Get started by filling out our inquiry form and hit submit. We will be in touch shortly to schedule a complimentary phone call to hear about your overall vision and needs, learn about your love story, and chat about our process in a nutshell.

After our call, we will be sending you our service catalog tailored to your quantity where you’ll be able to select the essential package that’s right for you and build your dream invitation suite with our à la carte offerings. Add to cart as you see fit!

Once you have made your selections, we will send over your official proposal and agreement where you’ll be able to sign the dotted line and submit your 50% retainer all inside your client portal to book your project on our calendar. Your Luxe Sample Kit ships upon booking to assist in customization selections.

Inside of your design questionnaire, you will submit your exact wording and make your customization selections. Once we receive these, it’s design time! Your design week commences approximately two months prior to your desired mail by week unless otherwise specified. You will receive digital proofs of each item ordered in your design deck inside your client portal.

We include 3 complimentary proofs with your package. This part of the process typically takes 5-7 days (depending on your timelieness of response.) Our straight forward revision process takes place inside your proofing deck where you will be able to comment on each individual piece before signing off for print. Should you need additional proofs, each subsequent round will be billed at $50 each. No changes can be made after final approval.

Once we receive your approval, final guest list, and final payment, everything is set up and sent to print. Please allow 4-5 weeks for printing, production, and professional assembly for digitally printed suites and 5-6 weeks for letterpress printed suites. Add 1 week to this timeline for calligraphy guest addressing.

We offer flat-rate invitation shipping or local pick up from our Costa Mesa studio. You will receive your invitations professionally assembled and stuffed. They will be ready to seal, add postage to, and take to your local post office. Then it’s time to sit back and wait for the onslaught of texts from your guests gushing over your invitations.
TIMELINE & EXPECTATIONS

Once you have made your selections from your invitation catalog, we will put together a customized proposal and agreement for you right inside your client portal.
On average, this usually takes 2-3 days depending on your response style. Upon booking, we will ship out your luxe sample kit.

Inside of your welcome email, you will receive a timeline overview for wording submissions and deliverables as well as your design questionnaire.
Once your wording is submitted inside your questionnaire, you can expect your initial design proofs within 7-10 days unless otherwise specified.

You will receive up to (3) complimentary proofs including your initial round. You can expect each round of edits to be completed within 3-4 days.
The total revision process will be dependent on your timeliness of response, specificity and number of minor edits requested.

Please allow 4-5 weeks for production for digitally printed suites and 5-6 weeks for letterpress suites from the time of final approval. Add 1 week to this timeline for envelope calligraphy addressing.
