By purchasing any Paper Cliché product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions below

ARTISTIC RELEASE

The purchaser has done due-diligence on the unique calligraphy/artwork style offered by Paper Cliché ands a reasonable expectation that Paper Cliché will perform services in a similar manner and style. Purchaser is happy to proceed with ordering product based on the work samples.

It is important that proofs are carefully checked over before proceeding to print, as we are not able to offer any amendments once it has been approved. 

ARTISTIC VARIANCE

Calligraphy is handwritten, please note there will be slight variances throughout as each name and word require discretionary design decisions.

Our handmade papers are made by hand, which means size, weight, texture and colour can vary from piece to piece. Our letterpress printing process features matte inks that are hand-mixed, slight variances in ink colour are to be expected. We believe these variances and imperfections are what lend to the final product’s beauty.

TIMELINE

Upon approval of your design, normal printing timeframes are 3-4 weeks. Allow an additional 1-2 weeks if you are adding any embellishments such as wax seals or envelope calligraphy.

On the rare occasion that we should require to change or extend these dates, you will be notified immediately. It is important to consider that design revisions and/or delays in feedback may affect the timeline and potentially delay your order.  

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail within the United States. We have no control of how long your package may take to get to you but we can offer a ship-by date (this will be dependent on your revisions and response times.) International shipping timelines will vary due to customs and tariffs.

Once your package is packed up with tender loving care and leaves our studio, we cannot be held responsible for lost, damaged or delayed transit.

Please email us to request expedited shipping at an additional cost.

PROOFING

You will receive digital design proofs to be signed off by you via approval form before proceeding to print. You are responsible to thoroughly check for spelling, errors, spacing and content as Paper Cliché cannot be held responsible after you approve them.

Should there be a mistake in print that the Client approved, a reprint may be requested at an additional cost to the client. If the prints Client received do not match the approved proof, we will reprint all affected items free of charge. We thoroughly proof on our end but please email us within 24 hours of receiving your invitations should this ever occur!

REVISION POLICY

Three complimentary proofs are inclusive for collection suites. Revisions outside of this scope can be purchased for $75. Custom design clients will receive unlimited revisions. What constitutes as excessive revisions is completely up to the discretion of Paper Cliché LLC. Custom wedding paper pricing is inclusive of unlimited revisions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Your purchase is not a work-for-hire and contains proprietary material that is owned by, or licensed to Paper Cliché LLC. This material may include, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, text, images, and graphics (including the HTML code used to generate it). All artwork, images, and designs used during the proofing process are also the sole property and copyright of Paper Cliché LLC. Under no circumstance, may you copy any designs, images, and artwork, nor allow others to copy it or use it to create derivative works. All copyright, trademarks, design rights and other intellectual property (registered and unregistered) shall remain vested in Paper Cliché LLC.

Should images of work created by Paper Cliché LLC be published, Paper Cliché must be properly credited and notified of the publication both online and in print. Finally, we retain the right to post all of our work and products on our website and social media.

ORDERING ADDITIONAL INVITATIONS

Please email us as soon as possible to avoid reprint fees. If your order has already been sent to print, a $75 set up fee will apply. In the event that the client requires additional pieces to be printed outside the agreed upon quantity, after materials have already been ordered and delivered to a client, a minimum order quantity of x20 will be required and a reorder fee of 20% will apply. Embellishment items including, but not limited to, ribbon & wax seals cannot be reordered.

PRICING DISCLAIMER

Please keep in mind that all prices on the website are subject to change without notice. This may be due to material costs and shortages and the ever fluid global pandemic world that we live in.

We do our best to monitor pricing, but should something have been priced incorrectly, we reserve the right to cancel and fully refund your order.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Your invitation is fully personalized so unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange a custom invitation order! All custom sales are final. We take great pride in providing exceptional quality and hold ourselves and our work to a very high standard to ensure your happiness with your wedding paper. VARIANCE DISCLAIMER

Please allow for color variations from screen to print. Monitor settings may affect this. Availability will depend on our manufacturers and you will be notified if we are not able to source comparable, satisfactory alternatives. 

We source handmade cotton rag paper from local artisans here in the United States. Size, thickness and color variation is expected to occur from sheet to sheet and artisan to artisan.

This includes all designs, images and artworks used during the proofing process. Under no circumstances may this work be used for personal use, nor may it be repurposed or derivative works be made from it.
